I am re-posting this beautiful wedding in honor of Marta who is in the hospital tonight in ICU. Marta, I love you and your family and we are praying for you. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. I know you are strong so fight like hell.

When I first met Marta I loved her instantly! She is one of those rare people you meet that has a zest for life! Marta always has a smiling face and the most BEAUTIFUL EYES! Her skin is stunning and she made my job so much fun! Her husband Dwayne's smile is infectious!!!! They are so cute together and compliment each other perfectly!
Marta wanted a vintage bridal look with lots of lashes and on the wedding day. So I happily obliged!

An updated note from me to Marta and her family:
5 months later I look at her photos and my heart is broken. I wanted to say so much more about Marta and her hubby but I didn't want to be too wordy on my blog.
It's always the best part of my job, that is, making a woman feel the most beautiful version of herself...however Marta was special. she always put her trust in me and I always felt I could do whatever I wanted to her beautiful face and she would always be my biggest fan. It wasn't hard, though. Her eyes were beyond beautiful and THAT SKIN. Mamma mia, that skin.
When I looked through their beautiful photos, Dwayne's smile was soooo infectious. You could tell they were ridiculous with each other. Dwayne always made me giggle when he was around. He was always a good spirit when he would have to come to such a girlie place. We even laughed about a few things the day of the wedding and i thought to myself, "what a cool couple, this is a couple I could totally be friends with"
Marta's mom was adorable, and her sister was a riot. they weren't pomp and circumstance but they had amazing taste. I would love to hear her sisters stories of boys and lived vicariously through her. "Tell me more" I would tell her. We always had a good laugh.
When Marta and Magda came in a moth or so ago for their brush class I had no idea that would be the last time I would see her. I would say HI on FB, but it's not the same. They were very good "brush" students but we couldn't help but laugh and get off track talking about all kinds of stuff.
While Marta was a client, I felt an extra special love for her. I love all of my clients but you know there is one or two here and there that you wish them ALL the best in the world. Marta was one of those girls.
I am so sorry for Magda, Dwayne and her mom. I would love to go say hi at the hospital but I don't know if it would be weird for them. I don't want to cause them any more grief. I know how it is. You want to be left the hell alone. You don't want pity, you want silence with your own thoughts. I get it.
I am praying that a miracle happens. They do happen and I will not give up.
I don't understand why bad things happen to good people. I never will get it.
I adore you Marta and family and my heart is hurting for you. Pull through please. I am not giving up. I will not. I won't.
Sonia
